I worked with David at Whole Home Inspections last week and was very impressed. I am not local to Phoenix and had a very limited window of time to fly in and participate in the home inspection. The first inspector I had scheduled needed to cancel with only 24 hours notice, but David stepped in and arranged the appointment time exactly when I needed it. The report was emailed a few hours later and was extremely well organized, documented with appropriate photos, and helped me to prioritize upon which items to take action. All my questions were answered with patience, expertise, professionalism and candor. The price was reasonable and good value. I would trust Whole Home Inspection again with my business.

These guys deserve the 5 Star rating they have. Buying a new home remotely from over 2,000 miles away is stressful, but David & Joe made everything very simple & stress-free when it came to our home inspection & the home inspection report they provide. From my first conversation with David, I knew we were in the right hands. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. His colleague Joe did our inspection and was punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough and very generous with his time in answering the many questions we had about the condition of the home and property. At the end of his inspection, Joe sat down with us with his laptop and immediately reviewed all of the photos he had taken & explained how the final report would be organized & emailed to us that same night. We were very impressed with their comprehensive report and with the quality of service we received from this company. Days later, when we still had a few new questions , David was right there taking the time to thoroughly answer each question. We have had other home inspections before, both in New York and Scottsdale, but Whole Home Inspection stands out as having been the best!

David helped me to understand the townhouse I was looking to purchase, both the positives and negatives, what needed repaired, and urgency of any needed repairs. For me the information helped me to step away from a purchase based on the costs of replacing HVAC in future. I would highly recommend David based on his understanding of many complex systems in a house and explaining those in the report, and in my case I was there on site during the inspection which I really benefitted from seeing the process, which helps me to see the items in the report more clearly. Also wanted to add the fair cost of the service, I will gladly use David in the future for myself, and recommend his company to anyone in need of home inspection. When I am looking to buy a house I always plan on getting a home inspection, and I plan on using David and his company in the future.

Joe did our inspection at our new condo and he was awesome! He arrived at the condo before I did and was already working on the inspection when I arrived! Very efficient! He was informative, quick, and sweet to my baby who I brought along as well. I was super nervous and stressed since this was my first ever home inspection, but Joe made the process so easy and simple. He was friendly and personable and I’d recommend him to anyone!

I hired Whole Home Inspection for my new DR home build. Number one is the communication factor.David was answering his phone 99% of the time or getting back to me asap.Better priced then the competition.Didn't try and upsell me.Found problems that could of cost me $1000's of dollars or more or things I that could of broke if not handled quickly .Had a drone take professional pictures of roof.Checked level of insulation and found that they were below code.Found MAJOR WATER DAMAGE on a brand new home.Found sewer backup issues.Found gaps that should of been filled inside and outside.Was clear about expectations on what a home inspector is licensed to check but did give me some pointers.I am going to hire them in the future whenever I need a home inspector.
