Rick was a rockstar! We had the inspection scheduled to begin at 8am, but the HOA office wasn't able to let him inside the home until 10... and he started on the outside at 8 anyway! Despite not being able to get into the home until 10:35, Rick was so friendly and great with communication! Such a professional. Explained everything so clearly, which was much appreciated for a first-time home buyer. He is the best!
Rick is the FIRST home inspector I call, not only for my clients, but for my personal transactions as well. I have had to use other inspectors in the past, and I can honestly say Rick is the best! He is GREAT at his job! Very thorough and his communication skills are top notch!!! If your looking for the best, you've found him!
Richard did a great job inspecting our new home. He took time to go over everything that he inspected and explained his findings with any recommendations. He also gave us a packet of recommended businesses for different jobs. He found the smallest issues we would not have known to look for. He was patient and made sure we fully understood his evaluations.
