Hands-down, my favorite urgent care clinic in the valley. Every time I go there, I’m met with 100% professional healthcare workers who know what they’re doing and have a great attitude and deliver a professional service. I would definitely call this particular location “ The Diamond In The Rough” Today I had the privilege of meeting the nurse practitioner, who was an older woman, extremely knowledgeable, and I totally liked her style. Keep up the great customer service you’re happy patient Gary V.
Made an appointment online and when I got there checked in only waited 10-12 min. Called us back NP came in and was very thorough, very friendly. Our have had an ear infection got our scripts called in and we left. Loved the fact that it as short and sweet and then we were able to leave. Very friendly staff and clean.
I went to this urgent care today. The person at the front (Karla) was nice, professional, checked me in and let me know all of my paperwork was up to date. The Person that took my vitals (Chris) was helpful and listened to my concerns and paraphrased my symptoms to make sure he understood them. The provider (Shawna Underwood) asked me questions and listened to my responses, she took the time during my visit to address my concerns and was friendly, professional, showed me empathy and support.
