Banner Urgent Care

I needed to have my little one seen for possible pink eye yesterday. The pediatrician’s office was already closed so I reserved an appointment online with Banner Health Urgent Care. We were seen in a timely manner and everyone was super pleasant to work with. The medical assistant gave my son a couple of stickers, and the MD we saw let him touch the stethoscope/otoscope prior to her exam so he would be more comfortable. Definitely recommend this location if you are in need or urgent or after hours care.

Made an appointment for my son and then did a walk-in for me. We were both seen very quickly and at the same time. Wait time in lobby was less than 10 minutes. Everyone was very professional, nice and helped us both out. Facility was very clean with access to kleenex and hand sanitizer which was great. Definitely will go back, if needed, and would recommend to all.

Courtesous receptionist, medical attendant and the P.A. Attendant. The P.A. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. I trusted her completely and accepted her diagnoses. She also listened to me and answered all of my questions. Dr. Ruby (I think Russell) might have been her last name. My daughter made my appointment on line and I didn’t have to wait too long either.
