Gloria and Karen, front office were very nice and made the check in process easy.
The back office staff Natalia and Yesenia were very kind and patient with my daughter when having her vitals taken. Provider Sharnette Washington had excellent bedside manners along with listening skills. She made my daughter feel comfortable and addressed all of our concerns without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this provider and clinic.
Everyone was very kind and all were smiling. When a patient is feeling ill, it helps so much to see receptionists, nurses, and dr’s smiling. Everyone in the back all listened to me.
