After three years of no exercise and no gym workouts I decided it was time to get back into shape. I started going to the gym but within a couple months I injured my shoulder and realized I was not making much progress toward achieving my fitness goals. Looking for a different approach, I decided to join TriFit and chose the group training program instead of a one-on-one personal trainer. TriFIT is hands down the best gym in the valley! In the past year, I have been able to accomplish all of my gym goals. Their holistic approach has helped me build community, better eating habits and a motivation to go to the gym consistently. The trainers are awesome and love the group classes. Awesome experience - the coaches and their attention to detail… the community of others working out with you—it all comes together in such a fantastic way where I look forward to working out.The workouts are challenging AND they make you feel stronger each time. My husband and I work out together there and that feels great, like a date where we grow together - can’t recommend trifit and the team enough. We’re grateful it exists!
