Pam is attentive to our goals and mindful of injuries or conditions one has, meanwhile helping you achieve results. Natural muscle growth quick for me! I like the small group setting, the price is great.
Pam guides your work out to correct your posture, taking you at your pace and focusing on what you need. She has the latest equipment, and and there is never more than around 3 or 4 people at a time. You never have to wait for a machine, and Pam is watching to make sure you have the correct form. You think you are getting a work out, but you are building your structure for the rest of your life...I finally found a way to work out that I can stick with. Pam is awesome, I even like her playlist!
Pam is an excellent and affordable trainer. She’s kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and so passionate about fitness. She will cater workouts and training to your goals, past experience, and any injuries you have. Going to her—especially after recovering from surgery—was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I can’t recommend her enough!
