I dropped my keys in the stairmaster. Wayne who works at the front desk helped me get them out. I felt kind of ridiculous about the situation but he was really professional about it. He reassured me it happens all the time and it wasn't a big deal. Other than that he's generally really nice guy just on a regular basis when I visit this gym.

I moved close to this gym and decided to walk in to get more info. Big Mike made me feel welcome and like I could achieve all my fitness goals. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

big mike was the representative i spoke to today regarding signing up for a new membership. words cannot express how accommodating and helpful he was. he was willing to sit on the phone with me and listen to me ramble on. his customer service was exceptional. thank you so much mike for being so welcoming and for all your help!
