Omg! What an incredible place! Beyond the beauty and tranquil atmosphere, and amenities of this place...I want to talk about Robert. I am not exaggerating when I say I had the best massage of my life! His hands are just magic. I will definitely be back!!!!
I will be the first to say that I LOVE the services I get here. Rachel is amazing and I've loved every single massage I've gotten. My facial had my skin glowing for weeks. However, I am less than thrilled with the scheduling and reception. They've been a bit rude to me in the past (I use classpass to pay for my services, which I know is a bit more inconvenient), but they've tried to double charge me, been a bit rude over the phone when I request a specific person or time, and they're less-than-helpful when the time/person I want isn't available. I literally dread making an appointment and having to talk on the phone with them, but I love my services here.
They have great amenities. In general, it's a spacious and relaxing environment. I went for a massage, my therapist was very professional and always checked pressure level with me.
