This place is a gem and I’m so lucky to have found it. I’m only one week in but I’ve never felt more welcomed or more comfortable. Curtis takes the time to introduce you and make it to where you can utilize all he and the Rock Star Boot Camp have to offer. The other members are also so helpful and kind. I really feel like I’ve found my place. I can’t wait to continue this journey and know I’ll be well supported. Nothing else has motivated me to get up early like this!
Awesome class and workout! The instructors are very welcoming and explain the workout step by step. The class is good for beginners or advanced level. They provided modifications as needed. The members are nice and the music and energy are spot on for the workouts. Definitely recommend and will be back!
Curtis is an incredibly motivating coach. The boot camp has lots of variety which keeps it fresh. Curtis help correct form and help with accommodations. I have a bad shoulder and he showed me how to make a small variation that took pressure off the joint. All fitness levels and ages are welcome.
