The gym is located in a convenient area with excellent staff support, making it a great choice for members. It is one of the biggest gyms in the valley and is kept clean and well-maintained, with more equipment than many other gyms. Despite some concerns about pricing and customer service at other locations, this gym provides good access to machines even when busy. However, there have been reports of an older man walking outside and looking through windows between 6-7 pm, which some members find a little creepy. Overall, the gym is suitable for those looking to get into a routine and enjoy quality facilities.
This LA Fitness has every machine you could ever way from life fitness and hammer strength, great machines and great variety. They have a huge array of dumbbells and weight. Chris is the goat and helped me with a guest pass, dude needs a raise he’s so chill
I would like to leave this review specifically regarding the staff. I go to multiple locations and the one on Bell Rd is the location I am specifically leaving the review for. The cleaning crew is awesome at this location. Especially Layla. I’ve seen her hard work ensuring the women’s restrooms are up to par, even in the face of entitled, rude patrons.
I witnessed an interaction firsthand. Layla was busy mopping and a patron came out and barked an order at her as if she was her supervisor. Even if she was, the way she spoke to her was rude. Front desk was very nice. New sales team was great. Kids club is super helpful and friendly with kids all the time. Great location because of the staff!!!
Chris, Christina, and Dunia were fantastic.
