While the overall experience is positive, some members have noted that a few users do not follow proper gym etiquette, such as spending excessive time on machines while using their phones or not wiping down equipment after use. Despite these minor issues, many appreciate the clean facilities, good selection of machines, and the sense of community within the gym. You're kind of stuck dealing with the gym's issues when some of the management team is the issue itself. They're going to do what's best for them, not their members. You can't even escalate it when they're the issue. The employees are fine, no issues with them.
Great customer service, but not sure how proactive management is about providing adequate maintenance to the equipment. Stair masters frequently don’t work and there’s general maintenance issues that are seemingly ignored.
I’d like to give five starts after coming here for years however this specific PF lacks machines that other pfs have nearby. I was told during the remodel/new machines you guys were expecting a glute bridge/hip thrust machine and I was really looking forward to using that. I also really enjoy the ab slider they have on 35th. I have been trying to avoid switching home gyms since this one is closer for me, but I feel like I’m seeing better results from friends that have access to those machines. I asked the front desk a few times, but they are always unsure of what happened.
