Diagnosed our HVAC issue. Had another HVAC Company workup before. That company wanted to replace various parts of an 8 year old HVAC system for over $6,800. The Wise Cooling & Heating technician checked our system and advised the two systems were working well within normal limits and did not require any additional work at this time. Will be going with Wise H&C for future HVAC needs.
Wise installed a new A/C unit for us. Pricing was competitive; the owner of Wise took the time necessary to answer my questions and the installation occurred at exactly the time committed. My previous interactions plus the new AC unit install have been excellent. In fact, it’s the kind of experience with a vendor that you ask yourself “why can’t it always be this way?”
