Kole (tech) was helpful and knowledgeable - this is a family owned business and they are amazing. Joe Wise is the owner and he took some personal responsibility for making sure our A/C was repaired during the Memorial Day holiday. His daughter Markie did an amazing job coordinating schedules, tracking down warranties and making sure everyone showed up on the scheduled time. They actually showed up on the holiday to finish the job and followed up to ensure everything was working. I would recommend and have recommended Wise cooling to anyone looking to get their A/C serviced or repaired with a company that cares and has integrity.
Great team that genuinely cared our air conditioner wasn’t running properly. In AZ the house gets into the 90’s quickly and most places you call sound like you’re bothering them because they’re so busy. The Wise team wanted to get it fixed and was extremely competent. They were extremely responsive and were able to come to my home the same day that I called. It turns out there was more than one issue, which ended up requiring several visits. I appreciated how communicative and responsive they were. Ultimately, all the issues were resolved. I would highly recommend them.
