Received multiple bids for a 5-ton heat pump needing replacement due to a coolant leak and age. I was very impressed with and appreciated Joe's expertise and candor when he came for a site visit and due diligence for providing an estimate and options. Joe's proposals were very fair and competive compared to a wide range of bids from 4 other companies. We ultimately chose another company, but would not hestitate to refer family and friends to seek out Wise Cooling & Heating and inquire about the quality products and services they provide.

I had some issues with AC not cooling. My wife had called a different company to come out and check out our issue. They told us the contactor was fried and the entire system had to be replaced or they could try to fix it with out a guarantee that would work and charging us somewhere around $3700 also was pushing real hard to get a new unit in.I have known and trusted Wise mechanical for years, I called and was able to get a same day visit scheduled. Anthony came out same diagnosis but he told me that contactor was burned he would replace it and be cool again. Moral of the story it pays to be honest and not to try to rip off potential customers.
