Sr. Flores, I have received a letter about your company. You installed an AC unit in my house in 2016, and since then your company has been coming every year to do the tune ups. I'm heartbroken that your company is not going to continue in this business, it is very hard to find a honest company like yours. I'm not sure what company to use now...

Simply phenomenal. Flores Air Conditioning was a pleasure to do business with. We purchased our first home 2 years ago, and had problems with the existing heat pump from the start. After limping through 2 summers, suffering from insanely high electric bills and even higher repair bills, we knew that we simply could not afford another summer with that unit, and that it also would not last another summer. We had estimates from 5 different companies in a matter of days, and as soon as Miguel came by to give his estimate, our minds were made up.
