My experience with Samaritan funeral cremation was the best in one of your worst moments in life. I will say that the staff there were very nice and genuinely gentle..My funeral director was Ms. SONIA TILLSON and she was amazing she explained everything that had to be done very well. She never rushed us. She answered every question showed us around and made every moment special... she took very care of my loved one and made him look very handsome...

With the loss of our cousin William, Venitria and the staff made a difficult situation easier to go through the process of making the VA burial arrangements for our cousin (a Vietnam Veteran) at the National Veterans Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ. I was in another state when our cousin passed away in Phoenix. Venitria was very knowledgeable and professional when it came the VA benefits, etc.!Thank you Phoenix Samaritan Funeral Home for the care and compassion with the burial arrangements for our cousin!
