“My wife dropped her phone on the center console area of our honda civic and triggered the electric parking brake while driving. (Good design choice Honda). I was diagnosing the problem myself and was getting error code 0714 for a faulty transmission temperature sensor and a ecm failure. Both would be costly to replace or repair. I ask the Honda dealership in Tempe what they recommended and to get a quote. The dealership said they wouldn't give me any quotes, the diagnose fee was 150 dollars just to look at what I already told them was the problem, and they were full of booking for 4 days.

So I called Phoenix Honda repair. Not only did they see me within 30 min of calling, but they cleared the codes, took it for a test run to see if the codes came back, so far they havent, and they fixed a bunch of broken skid plate screws that the Firestone oil change place completely destroyed and didnt tell me until I noticed it dragging on the ground 3 weeks later. They charged a super reasonable price and probably the most professional mechanics I've come across in years.

Obviously everyone can have different experiences, but I'll be taking our Honda civic back here for any future repairs and oil changes. Also be warned, they are booked like 2 weeks plus out for oil changes so I would plan ahead if you need one.“
