Bentley Scottsdale Service and Parts

Kurt.....The MAN!!! I haven't forgotten about you...I haven't won my huge cash lottery yet, which is why I haven't been back! It was such a pleasure to be invited and to experience what it felt like to sit inside of a 2022 Bentley!!! Kurt prepared me for adjusting to my new and improved lifestyle. (CLAIMING IT) Bentley never has to advertise because the name itself sells, which explains why every single Bentley in this shop were all sold already!!! They literally had no vehicles left! I'm sure that Kurt had a lot to do with that!!! He was friendly, very respectful and doesn't judge a book by its cover (because you never know who you will get to stop in to purchase). Kurt deserves an Award for diversity and respect. Feel free to call me if you need me to stop in and experience the wealth again Thanks Bentley for a great experience See ya soon Kurt Better late than never on remembering to send this shout out to Kurt

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! The team - Patrick, Therese, and Burkhard made buying my Porsche an easy transaction, especially since we did the deal while I was out of town. These guys are first class! Great communication, prompt responses with excellent follow-up! You expect a high level of service with Bentley and they really deliver! Thanks team!

Pat was my salesman when I bought my RS5. I live over 1400 miles away and my first long distance purchase. He exhibits all the virtues of a professional: patient, polite, attentive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and asks the right questions to guide the customer through the buying experience. He just called me today to wish me a happy bday which was a nice touch. When buying a car, you will forget what you paid, but you will never forget the experience. I highly recommend buying a car with Pat and Bentley Scottsdale.
