When my wife and I recently decided to purchase a BMW sedan, I began conducting my due diligence. We decided that the BMW dealership in North Scottsdale was the clear and obvious choice based on their reputation for impeccable customer service their inventory and service department. Major shoutout to Kris Kapusta our Client Advisor who specializes in Certified Pre-Owned BMWs who checked all the boxes for us. Extraordinarily knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and had personality for days. From start to finish, Kris made the purchase of our 2025 BMW 330i absolutely seamless. This was truly the best car buying experience thus far for both of us. Simon Bridger our BMW Genius was very friendly and patient when he provided us with an exceptionally thorough tutorial of the seemingly endless tech features of this vehicle. Highly recommend North Scottsdale BMW!!
