The service department provided a loaner for a very reasonable price for my wife, found all the problems with M550 in short time and was able to clearly explain issues in words my “wife” could understand as well as providing a video of findings…. I did a walkthrough like they used to allow in the old days without smelling engine oil myself. Best service I can ask to for.
