“Contacted Lou on Father's Day as our 2 1/2yr old new build AC went out, of course outside of the builders 2 year warranty. Lou sent Chris out the following day and diagnosed the air handler motor burned out. They checked with Trane and the part was covered under their warranty but we would still need to pay for the installation. Lou ordered the part from Florida, which arrived on Thursday, Chris said they got it right from the delivery truck and they came right over to install it and a couple hours later, we finally had cold air blowing again! Lou, Chris and the entire AC Squad were great and we highly recommend them. I would have gladly paid to overnight the part myself or maybe someone could have picked up that bill, but we waited 3 days for it to arrive. Other than that, no real issues, thanks AC Squad! Looking forward to using them for our regular AC maintenance.”
