Based on how I present to her on my scheduled day, she modifies my exercises or adds to and/or administers another treatment type to help alleviate current symptoms that contribute to the reason for the physical therapy. “So far so good. I think that the treatments are helping. First, I believe that overall, the pain attacks have been reduced in frequency. Second, I think when the attacks come, they seem to be less acutely painful and I seem to be able to reduce the length of time the attacks last. I continue to do the home PT exercises and stretches daily and I think those are helping. I'm looking forward to my massage appointment Monday to see if that might also help going forward.“
