I show up regularly on Friday's for coffee and conversation, which as of lately are really about personal and spiritual growth and development. I feel the spiritual growth and development conversations have an inviting space for listening, and appreciate the people here! This place is navigating through change in a beautiful way, where I felt called to offer classes there myself. This place is open to new teachers, new ideas, and collective sharing. They are also about growing our community, and open to ideas on how to do that. There is currently a few on-going non-profits that are being supported and driven through initiatives where you can physcially see the difference you are actually making in the community. “11/2024 - StretchLab (N. Lake Pleasant near Happy Valley Rd Peoria) has been so helpful with helping to get my athletically "worn" legs feeling better so I can continue to stay as active as I can. The scheduling staff (Emma, Salina) is extremely helpful and friendly. Brandon is my fantastic "flexologist." He's always keeping in tune of how I'm feeling at each session so to adjust as needed. I usually ask and happily get his feedback on each session range of motion. It took my body area a few sessions to start learning to extend and loosen but I sure feel better with more flexibility from his great care. I appreciate the time he takes to slowly work my muscles to their best range as it keeps me in the sports I love. I surely recommend anyone to try StretchLab for a session, then much more, if you think it fits with your tight muscle and the like needs. It does take muscles time to learn so give it a few sessions to fully evaluate your situation. Best of luck and hope it helps you as it has me about 2 months in at 2x per week.“
