Dr. Koop is praised for his professional and personable approach, explaining everything and emphasizing the importance of regular eye examinations. Customers appreciate the nice selections of fashionable frames and the friendly, informative front office staff who guide them through insurance options. Employees and doctor are very nice, professional, and helpful, and are very patient. The fit is always perfect. The Nationwide Vision office is a smaller place than others, but this was one of the best eye appointment experiences. The people in the office were friendly and very helpful. The price for glasses is very good.

Easy to schedule appointment. Easy to sign in and have exam. Very professional employees. Highly recommend.
Well I have not gotten my glasses yet because it has not been 2 weeks but the doctor that did the exam for my eyes was very thorough and amazing and paid attention to every single detail. The only thing that I believe could have been better, would have been to have a bigger selection of frames but in all honesty this was a smaller Nationwide vision that I went to.
