Heather is just a wealth of knowledge about the area and the homes here. She helped us get our dream home here in Page! Always willing to do Video calls and walked us thru the process while buying our home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bernadette - I wish I could give her more than just 5 stars! She is loving sunshine in human form, and the old adage that love is the secret ingredient truly applies. ?
While I understand that there is science and there are biological functions that go into what she does with myofascial release, I choose to think of it as pure magic. ?
She is so in tune with the human body that she can cradle your head in her hands for a few moments and identify things going on in your body that you've never mentioned to anyone, but she feels it just based on the way your connective tissue does or doesn't move under her fingers. It's absolutely wild!
Then she knows exactly the right pressure points to hold and for how long to release that connective tissue from a tense/frozen/jammed state into one of being back to the dynamic state it's meant to be in.
The best way I can describe it is turning into melted butter! ?
It's not massage, but it works incredibly well in conjunction with massage (and/or physical therapy, exercise, yoga, chiropractic, etc. - really any physical modality of healing/health) by loosening up your body's connective tissue, which in turn allows you to move more freely and unincumbered, and (most importantly to me) with less pain.
She recognizes that the body and mind are inextricably linked, and that there are certain things which the body and mind respond to in different ways, utilizing it to your advantage. It's long been established that certain colors and scents, the frequency of certain tones or sounds, etc. each create different responses in the brain and body, and she uses this knowledge in conjunction with touch to give you the most benefit from your session.

Different areas of concern have different places she needs to access, but the table/bed is comfy and she has fresh, sanitized bedding for you to be cozy in/on whether you're in your skivvies or fully clothed.

It can be quite the surprise to see her for some hip pain and find yourself suddenly remembering a moment from 3rd grade and being overwhelmed with emotion, but again, it's fascinating how things are connected that we may never even dream could be. When things have been jammed up and get released, the body needs to get rid of that which it is no longer using, may as well make it easier on our body to do so! ?
So while I can only rate Therapy on the Mesa 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ on here, I enthusiastically and wholeheartedly 10/10 recommend!! I've seen her for a long time for a reason!
Please forgive that this might not be the place for this question, but I've kind of run out of options. I am looking to spend time dispersed camping in the Page area, possibly with a small group. Disposing of camp trash can be a challenge. I have been trying to find out what your minimum fee would be for a few bags of camp trash from non-area residents. --- I was able to get 2 numbers for Republic Services. Both told me to call the other. When I told the second one that, I was told that I'd need to go in person to learn the fees. Never having been there, I won't ruin your perfect rating, but I don't understand why your fees aren't easy to find, and why there's no direct phone number available online or through Republic. I'm hoping you can answer my question about fees here. TIA.Addendum: Per your instruction I have sent an email. I truly hope this will bring an answer to my question.

This place is so cool!!!!! I found the sickest bag here. The lady is so sweet and is so willing to talk and show you cool stuff! Everything is so reasonably priced. Such a fun store to check out. They seriously have everything. So much cool jewelry, accessories, decor, vases, etc. Definitely worth a visit!

Very nice experience. I was a traveler when my earpiece came off my glasses. They repaired it without hesitation. Brooke was very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them if you encounter eye issues. They offer exams as well as glasses and contacts. Efficiently professional! I was in and out in ten minutes.?
