As I have been dealing with some challenging medical issues Bernadette has been a wonderful compliment to my on going care. The world of myofascial release is pretty new to me but I can tell you it has helped immensely. Bernadette is intuitive and on point. Give Therapy on The Mesa a try ~ you won't be disappointed!
A personal approach. Bernadette is the best! Everyone is different so you may need more treatments or less but certainly maintenance is important. You are in good hands with Bernadette!
