Our part came in for our unit after the weekend as expected. The guys (Harmon’s) came to do the repair and replaced the parts needed, they troubleshoot a couple other issues with the unit and got it up and running for us. They had no problem taking a look at a couple other issues I was having with electrical work outside of this project. They were able to refer me to an electrician and another company who was able to help me get some quotes on new equipment. I can definitely see the respect these guys have by how quick others got back to them with answers and solutions for everything. Thompson Cooling and Heating is awesome! Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and timely. We had our heat pump, ductwork, thermostat and the rest of the system replaced and the job was well done. Highly recommended! Aiden, the most recent technician was a real pleasure to work with and really knows his stuff.
