Staff was very nice and very adjustable with the time. I brought my 1 year old with me so they went out of their way to make sure we had everything with me. Very adjustable time, we wanted to end it little early and they made it happen.
Amazing people and amazing experience.
Carls is the best. We had a great time. Last minute rental and they accommodated us with two boats and two jet skis. Drop off and pick up was hassle free didn’t catch the young man’s name but great service. If your in lake Powell check them out.
A different rental place canceled my reservation 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the boats. I called Carls last minute and they took care of me right away. Their check out process was simple. It took them about 40 minutes to meets us by the water and they helped us load/unload our stuff. There was a problem with one of our boats and not only was their staff courteous and helpful, they promptly responded to our call. I would say the boats looked old but decent enough. It is concerning that one of our boats got stuck in reverse and wouldn’t go forward. Also, the boat was going very slow.
