Fair price and easy to work with scheduling our skidoo rental. Equipment mechanically worked great. Start button was worn out and we struggled with that a few times. The trailers for loading and unloading need some work, straps broken, boards crooked, but we had a great time. I would use them again.
I rented a jet ski with them and could not have had a better experience! Elijah was very friendly and pleasant to speak with; he gave us clear instructions and pointed out all the must-see spots on the map. Ellory helped us launch the jet ski, patiently went over all the safety guidelines, and was great to chat with while we waited in line at the ramp.
Unfortunately, a piece of wood got stuck in my engine, leaving me stranded in the middle of the lake. They answered all of my calls and texts immediately, and Jason promptly came out to rescue me. They were already waiting for us at the ramp at the end of our ride, which was nice, no waiting around. They also gave us the option to follow them back to refuel the jet ski and saved $20 bucks by using our own credit card. We received a text message letting us know when the deposit was returned back to us. Had a ton of fun and really enjoyed meeting and getting to know the staff too.
