The lower back pain from the gurney was worse than the pain from my kidneys.
That being said, the care from the ER staff and the Staff Urologist was excellent.
The response times from my own Urologist were all but non existent...“

“Dr. Lee Goldberg is the top notch Cardiologist in Tucson. I have been seeing him since 2008. I just had Abdominal Aorta Ultrasound done by Morgan, a competent technician on his staff. Echocardiogram was done by Denise, superb technician who was meticulous in gathering all the data and took about 96 photos using state of the art Doppler machine that she seemed very knowledgable about. It was followed by thorough review by Dr. Goldberg of the ultrasound and Echo results. He explained in greater details the outcome of the tests including: looking for aneurysm, functioning of the valves and discussed the LVEF findings. He listened to the heart and valve functioning. Since BP was high after Echo measurements, he took the BP again to assure me all is well. I spent 25 minutes with Dr. Goldberg and discussed tweaking one of the meds to keep the BP within acceptable range. He listens attentively, very easy to talk to, a people person, and a compassionate soul. I left his office worry free.

Renee at the front desk was welcoming and gracious. Prior to seeing Dr. Goldberg, Katie, the medical assistant went over in detail over all the meds. During check out, Katie scheduled my six month appointment. Dr. Goldberg's staff is wonderful.“

“I really loved the doctor's here. I hated to see the founding doctors leave! Seems like the doctor's that really care for their patients are all leaving the business which is awful since they are needed now more than ever! Truly great people here. My only problem was a couple of times it took almost 2 weeks to get my meds refilled but this happened right after a new doctor took over for another and had too many patients but was resolved after he got set up so I can't hold that against them. It was a little hectic for all at that time! Id definitely recommend this place to anyone with pain.“
