One Medical Primary Care Clinic - Pusch View

I really like using One Medical Senior for my primary care. The office is friendly, very accessible, and easy to communicate with. There are multiple options for appointment types and once you have an account on the app you can communicate directly with your provider (which I just did). It's easy to make, change and cancel appointments on line. I enjoy seeing Lori Barbula (NP). She's a good listener, is interested in my concerns, and is strategic about approaching a new medical issue. I like that there is now an MD in the office but I feel very comfortable having Lori as my PCP. She also is careful to coordinate care with that of my specialist provider.

I really appreciate the care I receive from the whole staff. When I have a new problem they get me in within a a day or two. They do seem to be short staffed. It would be helpful if they would have at least one MD in this location.
I don’t like having to go thru their call center that takes lots of time. It would be great if the local staff would be allowed to answer the phone.

I go here (Humana/IORA) for all my medical needs. Word to the wise: If you're getting labs/blood draw, ask for Carrie. The only thing I felt was her finger on my vein; I could not feel the needle(!) I realize that's something people don't enjoy but I figured it's something to talk about
