I went here on a Saturday morning. Very impressed! I was in when they opened at 8am, was seen and out by 8:45am. All the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The Family Nurse Practitioner- Ericka who saw me was knowledgeable (years of Emergency experience). I left with clear instructions and peace of mind. The person who checked me in (didn’t get her name) was helpful and Nancy was too. Thank you TMC Urgent Care staff.

I’ve been to probably every urgent care in town. I’m a zillennial with no insurance and no PCP so a lot of the time I have to rely on urgent cares and this urgent care is the one I go to each time. The care I receive here is immaculate. I came in yesterday with a cyst on my tailbone. I was taken into a room right away (as a walk-in) and the staff were super friendly. They let me know everything they were going to do and very gentle and communicative. Ultimately I had to receive an injection on my buttocks and it was a very thick formula so it was painful. I live nearby and I've had to go to the Urgent Care twice. Each time we were in and out very quickly. While the waiting room is kind of small, the whole facility is bright and clean. Every employee has been friendly and efficient yet took the time to listen to my concerns.There are Urgent Cares practically at every corner, but this is the only one I will go to.
