Though there have been instances of long wait times due to limited beds, the care received from the ER staff, particularly from Dr. Stefano Correa, is noted to be excellent. From registration to release everything went like clockwork. Some standouts were Heather Lewis in pre-admission, Angela in pre-op, Elizabeth anesthesia, Dan nurse, Jesse in recovery and Dr. Belkoff the surgeon. I’d highly recommend NW Hospital.
I had surgery on my shoulder and bicep. Dr. Luther was great all along the process in explaining what problem I had and what he would do during surgery. I saw his PA for post- op. PA Devvin was amazing. She explained what Dr. Luther did during surgery and showed before and after pictures. I've had my share of ortho surgeries and this team is tips on my book.
Started out at Saharita . Entered through ER with S.O.B. And heart palpitations. I credit them with saving my life .... so what can I say other than I'm grateful. Wait time was 0. I was treated immediately made stable and taken to a room .
Food could have been better , too much salt, gravy, sauces and sugar for me but I wasn't there to do a food review. I didn't starve and the lady who brought my tray was always polite .
