“I had an issue with my HVAC unit, the last time it was fixed the technician mentioned that the unit was old and 2 of the components (I think some motor and compresor don't remember well) will soon need to be replaced so he suggested that might be a better option to just buy a new one.
So the day came with a new issue, I thought it was time for a new one, while asking for quotes, Tim called me and suggested to take a look first instead of just replacing the unit, he sent his crew, checked the system, and told it needed a new compressor and re do some connections.
