Gavin was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. He started by assessing my posture and the different muscles that were agitated, from there we did different stretches to relax the muscles and dry needling to finish. He then gave me a portal with homework exercises to help continue treating it at home. By far the most helpful therapist I've had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Gavin!
I’ve known Gavin for over 10 years & he is such a good guy with an amazing family! I trust his advice so much with how long he has worked in this industry & am so glad he does it out of home! He is so knowledgeable & smart. I have been having bad hip pain ever since I gave birth & I thought for sure something was broken or seriously wrong & he gave me lots of exercises & stretches to do & they worked!!!! I was SHOCKED bc I thought I would need X-rays & all sorts of work but he knew exactly what was going on. So grateful for him & highly recommend!
I am 72 years old and I used and beat up my body in my work and play. Having had 2 knee and 2 hip replacements and with competent therapy after each surgery, I was back to taking good walks and keeping active. An accident and fall put a temporary stop to that-then I met Gavin Baugh.
