The service was top notch from start to finish. The ease of setting the appointment to receiving the call that the technician was on his way, to having the carpets cleaned and the follow up call were all fantastic. I felt the technician and the company respected my time and money. They did a great job and did not rush me just to get to the next one, but made sure they did quality work in my home. I will definitely be using them again.
Dave Brown cleaned both our carpet and downstairs tile and did an amazing job. We’ve used Sir Carpet several times before and have always had a good experience, but Dave took that experience to another level. He was thorough and communicated with me the entire time.
