“I got a crown done by Dr. Jones, and after my first visit I was still having a lot of pain for about a week. I reached out via text & the office was very understanding, responsive, and helped guide me through the next steps with the endodontist. They were aware of my situation and made the process much easier.

They originally scheduled me for later in the day, but called during my root canal to let me know they could see me right after. I really appreciated how attentive and organized they were, especially with only being told about my morning appointment with the endo once.

“This facility helps so many people with dental care that can not get this level of care that is well... to expensive else-ware even with insurance. They have the latest technology and equipment. They have supported me now for almost a year with my dental needs. The Staff found a condition that other dental clinics did not see or mention, you know the dental mill clinics that have turn styles at the door for all on x procedures. I had a tumor in my left sinus that if left un checked would have caused so much damage. It was caught in time. Dr Erickson put together the information so I could seek help from my medical doctors & EMT. Brighter Way just put my case on hold so that I could get well. Once I was ready they started up the treatment again for a full mouth restore. I have had several doctors now as they graduate the program and move on. I currently see Dr Patel a 2nd year fellow and he is supervised by Dr Erickson a real master instructor and mentor for the program. Three days ago Dr Patel started the all on X by removal of my upper teeth,Two days ago Dr Erickson removed all my lower teeth and set me up for success with temporary dentures for the next 3 months before the implants are put in. So many dental clinics want to get you in the chair do the deed and get your money as fast as possible. Brighter way institute is all for doing something the right way not the fast or cheap. Brighter Way is non profit, they help retired veterans like me, homeless and those without insurance that have no other way for dental health. They have a RV Mobile Dental clinic that goes out into the community. They have sponsors such as Discount tire, Waste Management and a few philanthropists who care about those who are deprived or limited on dental needs. I have been on the lookout for almost 5 years for a program that was something I could afford after my diagnosis for needing a full mouth restoral . I was afraid of going out of the country for dental work and was so heart-filled ecstatic when I found this group of professionals who care. as one person wrote in a post a year or two ago, they are located in the poor section of town next to other services that assist limited income single moms & women centers for homeless.... but how else can you know and reach those who are in need. The area is secure and safe just located off South 12th Ave next to the old phoenix cemetery. Call the office check the photos on their pages. Their charge for a full all on x will totally surprise you, for me it was a life saver.“

“My experience at this office has been overall pretty good. The doctor is friendly, direct, and very professional. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also professional and did a great job.

If I had to mention anything that wasn’t so positive, it would be the X‑ray process. The X‑ray tech doesn’t seem to listen when I explain that the large connector hurts and that I need the smaller one. Each time, she insists, “This is the one we use,” which makes the experience uncomfortable. The front desk also feels like it’s run more like a business than a welcoming environment, and they aren’t very friendly.

But overall, my experience with the doctor has been a good one.“
