Two months into having tongue tamers put in by Alex—who, by the way, had those angled perfectly for my treatment—I have officially learned my lesson: tongues go UP, not down! It probably helped with my progress the most, but my husband refused to kiss me with these things in, which definitely helped me learn my lesson much faster. All jokes aside, Dr. O and Alex are absolute rockstars. Dr. O's decision to use these may have come with a few personal sacrifices, but I'm one step closer to the perfect smile! They are the best in town. Highly recommend!
