“I had a great experience at Pinnacle Peak Dentistry - Scottsdale. I came in as a new patient to repair a chipped front tooth, and everything went exactly how you’d hope. They got me in on the first appointment I requested, greeted me as soon as I walked in, and took me back right on time.

The dental assistant (I’m sorry, I forgot your name!) was friendly, personable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Michael Schwartz was honest, straightforward, and explained everything he was doing throughout the procedure. His work turned out amazing, you’d never know my tooth had been chipped. Picasso 🤌🏼

Myra and Sandra at the front desk were just as wonderful. They were patient, kind, and helped me sort out a few things. Their experience made the entire process quick, easy, and stress free (for me 😬)

“I’ve been going to Douglas Family Dentistry since I was pretty young and was originally a patient of Dr. Douglas, who was absolutely wonderful. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety surrounding dental offices, dental procedures, and dental work in general, and Dr. Douglas did a great job helping me feel comfortable and cared for.

Due to some insurance changes, I hadn’t been back to Douglas Family Dentistry for a while. Recently, I returned and was treated with the utmost care, kindness, and respect. This time I saw Dr. Cameron Kastl, who is now the practice owner, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him.

I explained my anxiety surrounding dental procedures and dental work, and Dr. Kastl provided completely judgment-free, comfortable, and welcoming care. He took the time to listen, made sure I felt at ease, and genuinely cared about my experience.

What impressed me most was his dedication to his patients. I needed a small procedure done, and Dr. Kastl actually came into the office on a day he was supposed to be off so he could take care of me in the morning. He even personally followed up several hours later with a phone call to make sure I was doing well and to see if I needed any additional care.

That level of compassion and commitment is rare. I seriously can’t recommend Dr. Kastl and Douglas Family Dentistry enough. Everyone in the office is incredibly caring and kind, and the front desk staff are always sweet, helpful, and accommodating. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly puts patients first, this is the place to go!“

“We have used Affiliated Pediatric for years for our two kiddos. We see Dr. Tim and LOVE him. He has great energy, is amazing with the kids, and always explains things so that everyone understands! We have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences with everybody in the office including hygienists, reception and billing. The hygienists always engage, make my kids laugh, and seem like they actually like being there.
My son had to have two teeth pulled today. When we found out in-office, Dr. Tim explained the whole process and put him (and me) at ease. Nerves were definitely present the morning of, but both hygienists that prepped him were AMAZING. Kept him talking, explained what exactly was happening, and gave him encouragement. We were in and out of the office in less than thirty minutes! He's feeling great and we are so thankful for the team at Affiliated Pediatric Dentistry for they way they cared for my son, and handled the whole process.
