Dr Kerr and his staff explained everything in detail from reception, to billing, to how the procedure is done and what to expect post procedure. Each staff member I met was friendly and pleasant. The waiting time was limited, was always seen on time. My 2nd appointment I was going to be late because of a traffic accident (live 1 hour away) and when I called the to explain in case they wanted to reschedule me; they said, “no worries, they will see me when I get there and drive safely”.
