“Best dentist I've ever known. Since I was a child, I've always been afraid of the dentist because I have very tender gums, highly sensitive teeth and a low tolerance for pain. I've never been to a dental office that I didn't experience pain, even during a cleaning, because of how sensitive my teeth are. My 1st experience with Sarival Family was a completely different outcome. They were caring and gentle and for the first time I had little to no pain. I've used them now for over a year and every time is the same experience. They also stand behind their work. I had them do crown work to fix my front teeth, which had started spreading due to old age. They looked great, but several months later I developed some gum swelling due to a medication that I was prescribed by a different doctor. I showed Dr. Francis and he sent me to a periodontist to correct the gum issue, which meant the crowns would have to come off and be replaced. Dr. Francis removed and replaced my crowns and did not charge me a penny. If you are looking for a dentist, as well as his staff, that is knowledgeable, gentle and caring, Sarival Family dental is the one.“

“I was visiting family last weekend in Arizona. My wife and I had flown in from Idaho for the Valentine's Day week. As fate would have it I decided to eat a piece of caramel and it pulled my Crown off like a vacuum grabbing popcorn. I called the next morning and Mountain Ranch Dental got me in by 9:00 am and out the door by 9:47 am. Dr. Dent re-cemented the crown and life was good again. I can't thank the staff enough for their professionalism, caring and concern to take care of my problem. They truly went way above and beyond to take care of me even though I am not a regular patient and this was a semi emergency. Everyone was so friendly. I truly appreciate this practice and my family in Arizona will be recommending them to all their friends.“

Not only is the office run smoothly, but I always feel comfortable going there!Most recently, I had to have another molar pulled and prepped for a small bridge! “Ive been having extreme tooth pain, called in the afternoon and they were able to book an emergency appointment the very next morning. I was extremely nervous due to never being dentist on my own with out my parents and with my own insurance. When I showed up Christina at the front desk was extremely nice, after that Dr. Mondana Shamsazar listened to what I was experiencing and checked everything that I told her bothered me, she explained what I needed in detail and provided a 3 step treatment due to having several issues. Now for the part I was the most anxious about THE PAYMENT! When Christina and I talked about what my insurance covers and how the payments would work for the 3 step treatment, she was very clear, she had a chart explaining what my insurance covers, if im being honest she basically thought me how insurance works, she had the prices for every single thing that was going to be done. Very very happy with my experience! I give a 4 star because I haven't been back for the treatment due to work schedule being in the middle of everything.(will update after treatment)“

“[July 25, 2023]I'm not a fan of going to the dentist or any Dr!I have severe health anxiety because I've had several bad experiences! I found this dentist on my insurances website & gave them a call! The receptionist that answered was very nice! She took the time to answer my questions schedule my appointment & get me right in! The front staff was very welcoming! I was taken back to a room within a few minutes! The dental assistant was amazing! It was very clean & convient! The x-ray machines are in the room so you don't have to go from room to room! The Dr. came right in examined my teeth & put my anxiety at ease! I was nervous because my teeth need work (from chemo smoking cigarettes & drinking soda) the Dr. was kind & reassured me that my teeth weren't that bad & that he was going to make them better! I thought it would cost a lot more than it is to have my teeth done! It is definitely affordable! I have to go back to get all the work done so I will leave a review after but I wanted to thank them for making it a pleasant experience!“
