“5 stars for the lovely dentist who checked my kids teeth and reviewed their x-rays with me in detail. She was wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately the dental assistants were not very professional. They barely made eye contact with me, provided no direction about what would be happening during the appointment, and didn’t even offer me a place to sit in the main appointment area despite the fact that I had a baby with me. They just shuffled my kids around from place to place without telling me what was going on and then kept leaving without telling us when we would be seen.. After about 50 minutes the dentist came to talk to me and she was great and very professional. The assistants could use more training in how to interact with patients (especially if there is a long wait before seeing the dentist) , but overall I’m very happy with the dentist and our treatment so we will be returning.“
