Shay is simply amazing and so welcoming, comforting, kind, and compassionate. Her welcoming presence immediately eased our nerves. “My journey at AzOPT has been a blast! Every time I walked in, Melina would greet my family and I with a smile on her face. No matter if we were half asleep or in a bad mood, her cheerful attitude has always been inviting. The staff is extremely nice and supportive. I had Karim as my physical therapist, and he made every visit fun. He would go at a pace that I was comfortable with but would also push me to do more in order to become more successful.
When I first walked in, I was on crutches, in a knee brace, and barely able to tolerate any pressure. Now, 14 months later, I am able to run and walk with ease! Allowing my passion of running to be possible again! Thank you, Karim!!!

“He just saved my son. My son has a very long chronic stomach issue. This last month it took a turn he was in the hospital for throwing up blood. We are under going tests but no answers yet. My friend recommended DrJames. He has so much knowledge! We were very impressed with his plan and started but shortly after my son ate something that set him off. After about three days of non stop throwing he couldn’t hold a sip of water and was about to go back to the hospital. We called his office and got an appointment for the next day. However dr James personally called right back and told him to come In immediately. We did. He knew exactly what was happening. He gave us some drops, some instructions and worked on him. By that night he was done throwing up. The next day eating and drinking! Today soo much better! This is what our doctors should be like! Caring and healing not just band aides. I can’t explain how grateful I am for this guy and his office!“
