I have had a lot of physical therapy in Germany and Santa Fe, New Mexico, for the same back problem. I have never had such intense excellent therapy as in this location, STI Therapy & Rehab Division in Litchfield. Instead of getting simple massages on my lower back, and a few stretching exercises, that I have had in the past, Brittany explained how to achieve the real solution and goal to my problem. She put me on an intense excellent schedule to strengthen all my muscles around my back, my cores, glutes, leg muscles, etc. I was shown how to use my glutes, my cores and leg muscles to pick up objects, how to bend over correctly. Very knowledgeable and everyone helps you understand what’s wrong and why you do the exercises they have you do and makes sure you do them correctly and explains what happens when you do them wrong
