I connected with Andrew and we started focusing on improving muscle and leg mobility. I’m back to running regularly and leg strength is better than ever! His custom approach to working out makes me feel like I’m progressing in my workouts. He’s a man of the people I feel like I should pay him extra for the therapy sessions and conversations during our work outs haha. 100% recommend!“

Offerings include indoor cycling, strength, mobility, and endurance training. Sauna and cool water therapy. Smoothing bar located within the space. Parking can be difficult during peak hours. Accessible parking and entrance available.“

He’s a great guy and he cares about the people working out at his gym. He creates fun monthly challenges, 5th Saturday competitions, and other things to keep things from becoming stale.The coaches are fantastic. They take turns developing work outs that hit all the different muscle groups. They focus on form, not just weights. It’s a good mix of weights, cardio, functional fitness, and core.One of my favorite things is that the owner and/or coaches send me the daily workouts when I’m on business trips and vacations. It’s really cool to have a workout to follow so I can stay consistent even when I can’t be at the gym.I can’t recommend TI Fitness enough. Terrance has earned my trust and I feel he deserves the community’s support.“

“I’m two weeks into the pursuit training program and I’ve already drop 10lbs. Also feeling better already more energy. I’ve tried multiple diets and weight loss programs. They were semi designed to be an on your own program with none to little accountability. This program I find to be way different. Pursuit is not just for anyone, you go through a screening process to see if your a fit because they actually assign you to a coach. It hey do have other options but having a coach help you along the way and holds you accountable to ensure you hit your goals and not just short term but to help create a new life style“
