4874 South Val Vista Drive, Gilbert“I love the layout of the gym. Lots of different machines for walking running and working out. The back area to the right had the newer workout gym but I have one problem I have spoken to management and sent an email (no email reply) about the staff not keeping the whole gym clean. My workout area is the back area and I see dust bunnies, roller foam pieces, small rocks, and even torn paper towels. What floored me the most, a staff member mopped the area but the same items were still on the floor. How about using the backpack vacuum? Also, what are your staff members doing at 0100 in the morning? Why doesn't the closing team perform a full gym vacuum?
Good thing I bring my own mat so I don't have to do my workout routine on the dirty floor.....
I came back after 5 months n plus and there are big changes. Thank you for listening to my concerns and acting on them. Fyi, others said something and the Manager said it too. Glad to by back!“

Offerings include indoor cycling, strength, mobility, and endurance training. Sauna and cool water therapy. Smoothing bar located within the space. Parking can be difficult during peak hours. Accessible parking and entrance available.“

I love the bit of gamification, real-time data/feedback, 20 minute sessions and ability to book via an app. I also love that it isn't a crowded gym since an appointment is required. And being able to have trial sessions before I committed made it an easy decision.“

He’s a great guy and he cares about the people working out at his gym. He creates fun monthly challenges, 5th Saturday competitions, and other things to keep things from becoming stale.The coaches are fantastic. They take turns developing work outs that hit all the different muscle groups. They focus on form, not just weights. It’s a good mix of weights, cardio, functional fitness, and core.One of my favorite things is that the owner and/or coaches send me the daily workouts when I’m on business trips and vacations. It’s really cool to have a workout to follow so I can stay consistent even when I can’t be at the gym.I can’t recommend TI Fitness enough. Terrance has earned my trust and I feel he deserves the community’s support.“

Located In The Walmart Shopping Center, 5382 South Power Road, Gilbert“Great Jim if you are going for a workout with little stress and pressure. The staff in Gilbert is fantastic. There are enough Hydro massage chairs, and a red light that there’s very rarely ever waiting to use them. Lots and lots of cardio machines and enough, upper body, lower body and abs to keep you busy.“

“I’m two weeks into the pursuit training program and I’ve already drop 10lbs. Also feeling better already more energy. I’ve tried multiple diets and weight loss programs. Pursuit is not just for anyone, you go through a screening process to see if your a fit because they actually assign you to a coach.
