I feel like we hit the jackpot in finding Coach Thomas and Crystal. I knew after observing just one session that they were special. The level of organization, professionalism, enthusiasm and work ethic that they bring is extraordinary. It is hard to find the perfect package in a coach and they have proven to me to be the perfect package. As someone who has a lot of experience as a former elite athlete dealing with different coaches and as a mother who has been on the sideline watching a lot of soccer coaches coach my eldest son over the past 15 years, I can confidently say Thomas and Crystal WILL have a positive, lasting impact on your child. My 9yr old son has only had 8 sessions with them. Unlike his older brother, he does not have an instinctual love for sports. However, After just one session, his level of enthusiasm and excitement was an absolute joy to witness. I have never seen him work so hard with a smile. All the kids were having so much fun and didn’t even seem to notice how hard they were training. That is the ART of good coaching. They make it fun while teaching your child every aspect of the game of basketball, at a level that they can understand, and through example and repetition. My son looks forward to his training sessions and that is priceless. His self confidence has improved and he is showing improvement with some of his skills. More importantly he is having fun and when a child loves what they are doing, improvement is just a natural progression. I cannot thank Thomas and Crystal enough for giving my son a positive experience and teaching him life skills that hard work and exercise can be fun.
I would definitely recommend Legendary Basketball Training, regardless if your new to basketball or if you already have some experience. Coach Thomas and Coach Crystal are both extremely knowledgeable and are very experienced when it comes to this sport. It’s nice that they offer both group training and one on ones. The scheduling is very convenient for being a full time worker. My daughter started with little to no experience. Started when she was 7 years old after playing her first season for the city and we found Legendary basketball training to help her learn more. Within just a few weeks my daughter was better with her handling skills and was more knowledgeable about the sport. Both coaches are very attentive and make training a fun environment. We will definitely be continuing her training with Legendary Training and would recommend to anyone with kids or even any adults who want to give them a try. ( They also do training classes for adults!)
