Self made is such a unique gym. It has such a family like culture and provides an atmosphere that’s truly motivating and inspiring for every fitness level. It has so much to offer from the high quality equipment, to group fitness, one on one personal training & boxing!

I recently moved here from Ohio and found Mel on Facebook after posting on a community group looking for a personal trainer. After messaging with her and then chatting with her on the phone I can say that I immediately felt comfortable with her! I have been a smoker for 10+ years, never exercise, have asthma, have two children and the girl was still willing to taking me on LOL!? I not only consider Mel my trainer, but a true friend. I have only known her since December but she has helped me gain not only the muscle and definition that I am looking for, but the CONFIDENCE as well! I cannot wait to see what this next year still has in store for us.
