The front desk staff made check-in smooth and welcoming, and both the dental assistant and Dr. Justin Frost were phenomenal. I explained my anxiety to them, and they were incredibly understanding and supportive. Dr. Frost took the time to introduce himself and share a bit about his background, which immediately helped put me at ease. He thoroughly explained the procedure and reassured me that we could take as many breaks as I needed. His approach is thoughtful, calm, and very patient-centered, which made the entire experience much less stressful than I expected.
