Anxiety is what I felt prior to my visit to the Dentist. For me that disappeared when I walked into the office of Val Vista Smiles. I was greeted by the friendliest sweet lady who immediately put me at ease. Then I was greeted by the Dr's assistant who led me to the room which I dreaded knowing what was going to happen. Well this lady had me sit down on the chair, then she brought me a blanket and pillow. Now I am impressed. Next meeting the Dentist. His approach was like talking to your neighbor over the backyard fence. He explained every step of the procedure and went about his work on my problem. Office is lovely, staff are wonderful. I Felt cared for, listen to and assured that care will be tailored to my situation and needs. An amazing outcome I have not experience with a Dentist in 60 years.
I just left my cleaning appointment at Val Vista Smiles and from the moment I walked in I was impressed! Very welcoming staff and my hygienist Randi Piece was gentle but extremely thorough. Dr Mario is always professional and I completely trust him!
