Such an amazing dentist office! My boys always love going to their appointments for teeth cleaning! They never feel scared or uncomfortable. They are constantly asking to go back for a teeth cleaning! The staff is so amazing and accommodating! You will not find a better pediatric dentist office in my opinion!
My children have been going to this dentist for over 8 years. I have ALWAYS had the best experience. This past weekend (on a Sunday of course,) I had a “first” parenting experience… my child was rollerblading and fell… she broke her fall with her face… resulting in the front incisor breaking in half - exposing the nerve (yes it was a permanent tooth)… yikes! I personally have never done this, nor do I know what to do, so I called A to Z dentistry, knowing fully they’d be closed on Sunday at 5:40pm. The answering machine left an emergency number, which I called and to my surprise Dr Jensen answered the phone! (I was expecting some form of an answering service) Not only did Dr. Jensen ask me for pictures of my daughter’s mouth, but also calmed my anxiety by describing how her tooth could be fixed and what our options were. He was able to get us in the next day (Monday) and had Dr Jaiden Mercer help us. Dr Mercer helped ease my daughter’s nerves by talking her through what she was doing, what the plan was and approached our “nightmare of an event” with compassion and a solution. Thank you Dr Jensen and Dr Mercer!
