I've never had a negative experience in all my visits. The techs and dentists are all as gentle as they can be around sensitive teeth and gums. They listen to concerns about painful or tender areas and seem like they genuinely take care to minimize any discomfort. Even the front desk team has been incredibly pleasant and helpful when navigating insurance. One of the top dental offices I've ever gone to. Highly recommend this dental practice.
