“Angela is the best massage therapist in the region. She is certified, trained and proficient in multiple modalities. Whether I need sports massage, stretch therapy, or just a random complaint in my body she is always able to help me. She is also great at giving work to do in every day life with stretching or motions I can do at my desk or incorporate into my workouts. Highly recommend making an appointment whether it's massage, yoga or Pilates.Edit/Update. If you are a runner I especially recommend Angie. I have continuously improved my time and cadence over the last year. That is part to the work she does on me, and the stretching and advice she gives me to take home.“

“I was in flagstaff for a weekend didn’t want to get off of my Pilates routine. I dropped in and did a cardio class with Sandy and really enjoyed it. The class size was small and the instructor gave great feedback. Studio was clean, engaged and friendly! I will come back next time I’m up north.“
