I've been to this studio a few times now and really do enjoy it. I feel like it's as authentic as a good vibed yoga studio gets. I like the different style of classes offered and like their membership or card purchasing (class) program. Now I just need to get more "regular" with my routine. I will definatley visit this studio again.
NAYC made me feel at home from the first class that it took there. Their instructors are knowledgeable; but what sets them apart is how they differentiate the practice so that yoga students of all levels can practice in ways that are both safe and challenging at the same time.
This is my favorite yoga studio in Flagstaff. The teachers are all great and are able to adapt the practice based on the level of the class attendees. They have a great variety of classes. My regulars are yin yoga with Maggie and dynamic stillness with Lisa, but every class I have been to at NAYC has been excellent.
