My brother and I called in a little bit of a desperate attempt to rectify our day, after an appointment with a different tattoo shop fell through. Our call was answered by Dyonna, and when we asked if she could help, she told us to hurry in and she would take care of us. She was efficient in seeing us both, was great with meeting our energy as we chatted and joked, and turned out work which was exactly what we were hoping to get. I stopped in to the shop for something simple and they took so much time to get the placement right and the type of letter that I wanted, it’s just really impressive that they took so much time for something simple just to make sure it was perfect.
